Welcome to Omnipins. At Omnipins, we cultivate a Zen Ecosystem honoring healthy, high-quality digital artwork. To protect Creators' legal rights and brand reputations while maintaining a safe, inspiring space for global appreciators, we establish these Content Policy & Community Guidelines.

By registering, connecting cloud storage, and publishing any work on Omnipins, you voluntarily agree to strictly abide by the rules below.

☁️ 1. "ZERO-HOSTING" MODEL & CLOUD CONFIGURATION OBLIGATIONS (BYOS)

Omnipins operates on the Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) model and Link-based Hosting architecture. We do not store physical files on our server infrastructure.

Absolute Ownership: All original files reside securely under your personal cloud account management (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, S3, R2). You retain 100% control anytime.
Public View Obligation: For buyers to download files after payment, cloud file sharing must be set to "Anyone with the link can view".
Automated Safeguard: External Link Validator API pings file availability before checkout. Private or deleted (404) files lock the buy button automatically.
Link Decay Responsibility: Moving files or breaking links after publishing constitutes a community standard violation.

Omnipins encourages completed digital artwork conveying positive energy, tranquility, and healing:

Visual Masterpieces: Digital art, calligraphy, minimalist photography, 2D/3D graphics, AI visual arts.
Cinematic Videos: Meditation visuals, slow-motion nature landscapes, short cinematic arts.
Cinematic Sounds & Ambient Music: Piano recordings, healing frequency meditation audio (432Hz, 528Hz), nature ambience, acoustic traditional music.
Insightful Stories & Articles: Art reflections, Wabi-sabi lifestyle essays, mindfulness guides, and cinema scripts.

🚫 3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT

Omnipins enforces ZERO TOLERANCE regarding:

Piracy & IP Infringement: Unauthorized re-uploading or selling third-party copyrighted material.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Strictly forbidden. Violators face immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral.
Violence & Hate Speech: Gore, extreme violence, harassment, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
Explicit Pornography: Gratuitous nudity or explicit sexual acts devoid of artistic value.
Malware & Sabotage: Disguising viruses, trojans, or ransomware inside download links.
Spam & Misleading Content: Gambling links, scams, or content mismatch between preview and download files.

AI Smart-Taxonomy categorizes uploads automatically into Zen Space 🌿 or Creative Galaxy ✨. Engagement-based algorithm boosts high-performing works from FREE users to the Global Discovery Feed.

⚖️ 5. THREE-STRIKE POLICY

Strike 1: Email warning, item flagged, 50% ZDA reach penalty for 14 days.
Strike 2: 30-day Studio lock, badge removal, 90% reach penalty.
Strike 3: Permanent account termination, wallet freeze, and IP ban.
