1. What is Omnipins? How does the platform operate?

Omnipins is a Marketplace of Completed Artifacts and a global Digital Creative Hub. We do not act as a traditional data repository, but rather as an Orchestrator of Value. We provide minimalist technical infrastructure, smart recommendation algorithms (ZDA), and multi-market payment routing systems connecting creators directly with art appreciators worldwide.

2. What does Omnipins' "Zero-Hosting" philosophy mean?

This is Omnipins' core DNA. To safeguard creator rights and eliminate heavy server hosting costs, we utilize Link-based Hosting and the BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage) principle:

• All original high-quality artwork files are stored completely under creators' independent control in their personal cloud accounts (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
• Omnipins never stores original physical files on internal servers, keeping only secure links, metadata, and transaction orchestration data.

3. As a buyer, can I download original high-quality files?

YES. Upon completing a purchase or holding an active eligible subscription, Omnipins issues an encrypted Download Session Token. The system streams the file directly from the creator's cloud through a proxy, concealing root directory structures to prevent link leaks.

4. What do I need to prepare to publish works on Omnipins?

The process is streamlined and free:

• Upload high-resolution files to your personal cloud (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
• In Frontend Studio, click "Choose from Google Drive" (or other supported Cloud). A Google Picker window will open, configuring public sharing automatically.
• Set titles, descriptions, and assign prices (VND or USD).

5. How do I sell works and receive royalties?

Our Royalty Engine handles funds automatically at checkout via Contextual Gateways:

• Vietnam Buyers: Paid via PayOS VietQR or MoMo Business in VND.
• International Buyers: Paid via Lemon Squeezy in USD.
• Revenue Split: Depends on tier (Pro 60%, Premium 80%, GOLD 90%). Earnings reflect immediately in your Frontend Studio wallet balance.

6. How is my copyright protected?

Since Omnipins stores no source files, you retain complete intellectual property rights. You can remove or modify your cloud files anytime. Creators bear 100% legal responsibility for uploaded content.

👥 PART III: FOR BUYERS & LISTENERS

7. Do I need an account to listen or view art?

NO. You can freely browse Infinite Flow and listen via the Persistent Floating Audio Bar without logging in. Login is only required for pinning, creating boards, or purchasing downloads.

8. How do I save works to my profile?

We use a Pinterest-style Pinning & Boards mechanism:

• Click the Pin button on any card or detail page to select or create a Board.
• On mobile devices, double-tap any artwork card to quick-pin with haptic feedback.

9. What if a link breaks?

An External Link Validator API checks link health right before checkout. If a broken link occurs after purchase, a 7-day Escrow mechanism protects buyers, issuing automatic refunds upon valid dispute.

10. What membership tiers are available?

• FREE: Free streaming, limited pins, 1 cloud connection.
• PRO: Expanded pins, 3 cloud connections, 60% sales revenue share.
• PREMIUM: Unlimited cloud connections, Auto-Pinterest Crosspost, 80% sales revenue share.
• GOLD (Founding Creator): Top tier for 100 pioneers. 90% revenue share, ZDA priority feed placement, multi-channel auto crossposting, 1 year free.

11. How does the Badge Engine work?

Certified Creator Badges are separate from paid tiers, awarded automatically based on authentic contributions (e.g., maintaining live links). Pin up to 3 badges in your profile Trophy Case.

🛡️ PART V: SECURITY & REFUNDS

Security: All tokens are encrypted using AES-256-CBC. Strict Context Isolation ensures admins cannot access user keys. Disconnecting wipes client state instantly.

No-Refund Policy: Due to digital replication characteristics, all retail purchases and active subscription fees are non-refundable.
